The last picture looks like it's wearing a black tiara, but then it spreads out into a cool designation.
 
yes he does have a black stripe down his back he is so cute. I have a couple of roos I need to find a home for.. in my town we are not really suppose to have roos. But I will try to keep at least one...If anyone is interested in one of these guys let me know I can ship but never have.

) that it could be a hen with a hormonal imbalance, but so far seems like a rooster.
