What Gender Is This Serama?

Hi I got a couple of Seramas lately. One of them is a male for sure but the other, it just bums me out. Can you guys help me determine whether or not if it's a cock or a hen?

Sorry you're bummed.. that is indeed a cockerel as shown by his pointy hackle and saddle feathers, which start to show on most non hen feathered breed by about 12 weeks. Pic courtesy Google images.

During this search for photos to show I think I discovered that what I'm calling hackle feathers may actually be called cape feathers..
