If your hen has bumble foot, the best thing you should do is soak the foot in an epsom salt bath. I know it may sound a little complicated, but all you have to do is fill up a small dish with warm water, put about two tablespoons or so of the epsom salt, then stir it. Then you just dip the foot in for a little while, or until she freaks out.
One way you can tell if she has bumble foot is if the pad of the foot is swollen, or the pad looks red or lumpy, with maybe a small wound on it. This is very common, and I've had many chickens with this problem.
