What gender is this???

These are pics of a nearly 3 week old bantam. I don't know the breed or gender, but breed is more important...
It won't let me post pics... but it is blue/gray with highish tail feathers and loves to FLY!!! I was thinking maybe some easter egger bantam, but I am really new to chickens, so... PLEASE HELP! I'll try and figure out that pic thing... my profile pic is an okay shot of ummm... it?

I can't tell from your pic, but in order to be an EE, it'll have or be developing puffy cheeks and slate legs, I think. It's a cutie, though.

EEs have no standard, so could look pretty much like anything. The only thing all EEs have is some ancestor who laid blue eggs.
