What Gender Is This?

So i was on here about 3 Weeks ago asking what gender my Rhode Island Red was. Im just here to check back now that it is older.
It is about 8-9 weeks old.

Compared to the comb development and color of my single combed pullets, I'm thinking this is a cockerel, but I do not have any production RIRs. It also looks to be feathering in slowly, which I've heard is more of a cockerel characteristic.

You may want to change your title to reflect the question about age. Even better might be to add on to your original post, and folks who responded there would get an update and see the new pic.
