I am still seeing one obvious boy, far right on pictures two and three. I am not sure how many total there are, three or five? You might want to take better pictures of their heads so people can see the comb and wattles better and the backs to look for saddle feathers, it will help with the guessing.

One of the easiest way to sex your polish is by the crest the crest on a pullet is big fluffy and round while males theirs looks are more erratic kind of like a grown out crew cut shaggy. In the pictures I see 2 males and one female plus the females crest covers her eyes more while the boys are covered but not as bad

but clearer pictures would help because it may be 2 females and a male
