What gender peachick

I see the argument for both sexes. The thin verticle lines on the neck say male. The overall gray-brown body is hen along with the wide bars fading. The body lacks the reddish color and thin barring that indicates male. A little more time will tell.
I also have another peachick, he’s also an Indian blue and pure green Spaulding hybrid. I was curious on male chick behavior, my new chick is around 3 weeks old and started to do a tail dance. Is that typical in male chicks or do female chicks do the same?

All chicks will display. There is still no such thing as a 'pure Green Spaulding'. There are India Blue of which there are very few 'pure' in existence, there are Greens, again still very few 'pure' and very difficult to handle and raise, and then there are the hybrids of breeding both together that are called Spaulding. Spauldings do not breed true, the offspring will all have varying amounts of Green and Blue blood.

Thank you for the info, you are teaching me so much already. Yeah he paid way over 2,000k to get his green peacock exported from Germany.

If this displaying check is another hen I plan to get a yearling peacock. But I don’t quite know the name of the name of the color markings. It looks like an Indian blue but instead of the black and white shoulders, it has black and blue green feathers. What’s the name? Is it Indian blue black shoulder Spaulding?

It is nearly impossible to say without seeing it or some pics of the bird.

So my peachick is two weeks away from turning 3 months. I’m so confused if it’s a hen or cock. Her bars are fading but chest feathers have those triangles. Flight feathers are not bright orange. Indian blue possible Spaulding ( if it is mixed with Spaulding it will be 50-50% )
