I think that the one in image 1 is a roo
And the one in image 2 is a girl
And the one in image 3 is also a girl
And the one in image 4 is a girl
And finally the one in image 5 is a rooster.
Am I right?

They are now around 6 weeks. And they are constantly fighting is that normal?

The only cockerel I see so far is the last one pictured. 2 looks small for it’s age. It may be worth updating on them in a couple of weeks

Your chicks don't appear to be missing feathers from serious abuse. Is it just the early 'play fighting'? My chicks started developing their pecking order from day one. They still puff up and beat their wing feathers at each other every now and again. As long as it's just trying to show dominance, I wouldn't worry. But if any of the chicks is really getting worked over, I'd isolate the chick until it grows up a bit to fend for itself a bit more.

They don't always fight, they eat and drink together but they stare at each other, fight (like you described) then go back to what they were doing. I think that the one in image 5 and image 1 are the ones fighting and sometimes its the others too. Also, the ones in image 2 and 3 are from a small breed of chicken, so that would explain why they are a bit smaller
