How old it it? It looks a bit young for telling. Wait until around six weeks then post a picture including the comb.

My bet is pullet due to color pattern, comb and eye stripe. But Crazy for Chickens! is right, give it a few more weeks and try again to be sure.

I agree with JedJackson. Brown breast feathers and a long, darker eye stripe mean that this chick is almost certainly a pullet.
