What gives with this egg?!?

I just posted in another thread (funky egg I believe it was titled) that my BA has laid 3 eggs in the last week that fade from brown to white starting brown at the fat end. I wonder if something similar is happening to us? And my girls have drastically slowed production as well.

One of my buff orps has started laying light colored eggs. They are usually medium brown, but lately have been super pale.
