Last time I saw one with frost bite I was just a kid. Dads leghorn roosters got frost bite occasionally but I don't recall seeing any with blood on them. It looks painful!.To me it looks as if his frost bitten wattles are bleeding.

I've seen this happen. Because the frost bitten parts are very uncomfortable, the rooster will keep shaking his head, the damaged tissue breaks open, and then of course combs and wattles bleed like crazy.Last time I saw one with frost bite I was just a kid.
