What got my sweet roo?

Over night something got my silkie roo. His pen is about 8 ft tall (dog kennel style), with an A frame top and netting across the top. Something apparently crawled over and through the netting, killed my roo and left him under his house. It climbed out and left no damage to the enclosure . I have packed dirt/mud around the bottom of the fence and there are no signs of digging. We don't have weasels and have never had this problem before. What could it have been? Thanks!

So sorry for your loss. It was probably a coon. If you have a camera put up because it will be back and then you will know for sure what you're dealing with. Good luck...

Thank you. Never thought about a raccoon but that's probably it. We have a solar motion light but I guess it didn't care. Will spend today fortifying the pens. Thanks again.
