What happened to my duck eggs? :( *Graphic Pic*

Today is day 31, and I haven't gotten a single pip. I decided to investigate by opening one of the eggs and this is what I found. Obviously the duck started forming but something went wrong. It wasn't alive when it was opened. ?????

Not sure. Ive had alot of bad luck with myduck eggs this year. Its like my bator just wont hatch them. Hope someone else here can spread some ligth on teh situation.

I just opened two others and they were both full of brown smelly gush

hi Adri_San27, I had layer hen hatch out my indian runner ducks this summer, some were gush too and the breeder i bought ducks from believed those eggs had not been fertile so out of 6 eggs i have two beautiful ducklings. My guess that during the incubation time the others started to develop but the incubation was disrupted some how.

I don't know but that is just so sad. Hopefully someone with more info will chime in soon.
