Apparently, a white Basque is very rare. The one that’s not doing so well is a more typical Basque.

What medication?To answer the age question, she and her sister (see previous post for pictures) were born in June 2012. The hen with feather problems had her last successful molt in late 2013 when she was 1 year old. The 2014 molt was incomplete and the 2015 (so far) was also incomplete. Her sister was fine. She went to the vet during the worst of it and there was no evidence of parasites, although she was given some medication to try. She still manages to get up on a quite high roost every night, but I have to lift her down. Pretty impressive for having very few wing feathers!

That's what I was thinking when I asked about meds.Did you by chance worm her during molt?
Was she ever medicated during a molt?
There are some that can screw feather development up but not sure if it's permanent.
