If you breed ameraucanas with EEs, the most significant thing that will happen is that the ameraucana snobs on BYC will have a coronary.

The other significant thing is that yes, indeed, you can/should sell them as Easter eggers.

You couldn't sell them as Ameraucanas, because the resulting offspring would indeed by EEs. At least you know that fact and are honest about it.

Back to the original topic, yes, they're EEs.

Anything with parents who the genes for or laid blue eggs, but doesn't fit the breed standard for Am's or Araucanas is an Easter Egger. And, while each person may have their opinion on where the boundary is between Ameraucana and EE is, the most definite and agreed thing is that if it has disqualifying characteristics, it's an Easter Egger.
