What happens if I vaccinate a chicken that already has fowl pox?

So Peter Brown's article says to start with birds not showing any sypmtoms and work your way back from there and avoid vaccinating the birds with the full blown symptoms.
That makes sense to me.

I vaccinated all the birds starting with the well ones.... totally healthy big girls and worked my way through the ranks.

I just finished about 1:45pm and left to go to friends flock and do the same.

As I was feeding the flock their scrumptious scrambled eggs I noticed another 8 weeker with fowl pox? OMG now what..... she just got her vaccine two hours ago.... good grief. Do I pull her out and quarrentine her or leave her be?
