Hi,

I am curious as to what to expect with my hatching eggs. I have three different breeds of geese: 1 White Embden, 2 White Chinese and 9 Sebastopol..... my Sebastopols are white, lavender, gray splash..... some curly and some smooth. I have three eggs under a setting hen and just put one in the incubator. My question(s): Which breed is prominent? What is prominent over the other "goose" or "gander"?

I am not concerned with what I get --- more curious than anything. My geese are free range so they all run together.

Thanks for your thoughts!

If they all run together you will get a mixed bag hatch of mutt geese. You may see some curl when they mature, you may see white, or grey. You might get a goose or gander. It is really up in the air all around since it is a mixed flock allowed to cross breed.
