McMurray Hatchery does (Red Stars, Black Stars and Pearl White Leghorns) but they are outrageously priced you would be ahead to raise chicks from scratch and get what you want, for one pullet shipping was like 65.00.
just buy locally, look on craigslist or places like that or your local paper, in the sales. you can find people selling started pullets all over the place that you can drive to and not pay shipping, which will be way more than you are thinking it will be. you are so much better off ordering chicks from a hatchery, get what you want, they are easy to care for, not alot of work, and in about 3 weeks or 4 depending on your weather, you can throw them out in the coop. not much to it. just read up on it, much more economical, much easier. just makes more sense, but if truly your set on started pullets, look on craigslist, look in the paper, your farm trader, anyplace like that, youll find them.

thanks. i look on craigslist everyday. i bought chicks last year from cackle hatchery great birds. i sell all my eggs from my chickens now. i get 8-14 eggs a day from my 17 hens. and my customers buy my eggs right up. so im hopeing to get 5-10 more point of lay pullets now rather than wait 5-7 months for chicks to grow and start laying.
tractor supply may 1 st is having a swap- you might check there but started pullets will be at a premium.
or the windsor show will be having sale birds
