what history says about feeding bovans hen

hi my name is sameer from ethiopia, and i am new guys and really proud to be member of backyard..need advice for bovans hen what to feed them which really dont cost much cause its like here in ethiopia. industries food for hen cost to much and would like to know about what to feed them and still have good and more eggs from them if any can help of tell please dont jump my case and need any history of bovans hen like what ancient feed them etc...

From my knowledge, they should eat layer pellets. Hopefully someone will pop in with some advice good luck!
