There’s a lot of flies I’ve already done a deep cleaning inside the duck house, put all new bedding which I clean every poop out of every day and I use sweet PDZ and I have about six fly bags along the back of my fence and I have some little bits of flypaper up in the rafters in the top of the coop where the ducks can’t reach and they catch a lot of flies but there’s still a lot of flies! I hear people spray permethrin, but then they’ll be a lot of dead flies that the ducks and chickens can eat wouldn’t that hurt them?

I wouldn't worry about a few sprayed flies as long as it's only once in a while, chances are they won't bother with them if there is something better to eat.
