What if hens sneak a little medicated starter?

I have my youngsters in a portable run and house that I move every couple of days to provide fresh forage (I'm in Texas so there is still clover and rye to be found).

I just moved it and there was a little of the medicated feed on the ground which the free ranging adult hens gobbled up.

How much of that can the adults eat and the eggs still be safe for human consumption?

when our hens did that we threw out eggs for a week or so as long as they ate regular chicken food.

I don't think a small amount would have a negative impact on the eggs, especially if the egg layers don't eat it every day.
