What if I feed my hens their eggs shells?

I am worry if I feed my hens their eggs shells, that they will like the test so good and start cracking their eggs when they lay them.
My question is: can that happen? and shall I feed tem the shells or just be on the safe side and through them in garbage.

People typically dry and crush the eggshells, and then don't have a problem with it (the hens apparently not associating the little crumbles with the big round things

)

Hi, this has been posted on here before somewhere, but if I remember right, you need to wash them out and then cook them in the oven. Then break them up really fine.

It's fine to feed the shells back to them.
