What if my ducks drink the water form a epson salt bath

I Have ducks with bumble foot and they drink the epson salt from the epson salt baths im giving them to treat them for it. Is that okay if they do?

I don't think it's gonna do anything to them, but I wouldn't let them keep drinking it if you can help it. Salt water in large amounts can dehydrate, so make sure they always have plain water afterwards.

It might have a laxative effect, magnesium does that but only is she drinks a good amount.
