What if their eyes aren't open when they hatch?? HELP!!

My little cochin looks like his eyes are still closed. He hatched out of his egg around 3:00 today, is that normal?? It was a very fast, easy hatch, he came out from pip to out in about 3 hours.

Also, his little "big" feet are kind of curled under, like he is walking on the outside of his feet, that are rolled under, is that normal? Will they straighten out?

I am not sure about the eyes, but it sounds like he has curled toes, which should be corrected.

If the problem is still there after two days with this chick then give three drops of POLYVISOL Enfamil in the beak once a day for a week in addition the badaging the feet in the proper posistion. These two measures are very effective for the curled toes.
