What is a fair price to pay for ayam cemani purebreds?

What is a fair price to pay for correctly colored ayam cemani straight run chicks?
What about for a juvenile cockerel and juvenile pullet?

There's two people selling some in my area right now.
One has chicks for $20 each. And several 5 to 6 month juveniles for $50 each.
The other has some 9 month olds for $50 each and it says "I have sold eggs for $50 a dozen and chicks for $35 each in the past"
Both say these are not culls or inferior birds.
I say the second guys older birds and they are nice.
