What is a good incubator for a beginner?

I bought a pc fan at radio shack for $20.00. I put it in my hova bator 1602. It works great so far

Using a borrowed little giant. This is my first hatch and everything is going very good. Had a little issue with temps last weekend, but everything is holding steady. so far, so good!
