What is a Guest?

Down at the bottom of the index page, under Newest User, there's something that says, "Number of Guests Online". What is a Guest?

Simply a person who isn't a member here at BYC!

Well. if their not a member. Will count them as a guest (if they have the BYC page pulled up) OR if its a member that isn't signed in. it shows up as guest..
