I was at my local feed store/copo they have boss I know it is expensive but what is the average price for a 50 pound bag

It averages about $14/50# at our TSC, and that's better than you can get at WalMart around here.

They almost always sell it for $11/50# bag right after Thanksgiving, so that's when I buy it. It costs about as much as their "real feed" except I only feed them a can full per day, so one bag lasts till spring or longer. I don't consider it a large expense.

I usually just get the 6 pound bag I think for $5 and mix it with a 50 pound bag of scratch I get at the feed mill for $6.

$14/50# during the winter months ($11/50# during the summer) from the local co-op.

Midwest (Missouri) I gave $17 for 50 lbs at the local feed store in town but that was the only place I found it this winter! the drive to tsc would have cost me $3 and I buy all my feed from him so I feel a little obligated (little mom and pop organization)

I am SHOCKED at some of the low prices.

No TSC here sadly.

I just paid $24.95 for a 50 pound bag - which is a typical price, it is never on sale at the feed store
