What is a Roll Out Nest Box

Hi, I'm new to the group. Have some hens that are egg eaters. Someone mentioned Roll Out Nest Boxes. What exactly are they? And can they be hand made or are these boxes sold in catalogs?

Its where the eggs roll to an area where they cannot be reached.

They are easily made!

Opa here on BYC builds them...I've got them advertised on my website. I love my flock's roll-out nest box...very nice to not have to disturb anyone to gather eggs.
