What is a turkey duck?

Witch duck would have more meat a turkey duck or a mallard duck?

Some call muscovies "turkey ducks" because of the caruncles on their faces and throats.

Yeah I think they are talking about muscovies. They will have more meat than a mallard because they get bigger. Especially the drakes.

I guessed that it was a muscovy, but wasn't sure. So Igoogled it and found something about turducken.
