What is an Empeyan?

I saw them posted in a want ad locally, but I have never heard of them. What are they?

Misspelled? Impeyan is the name of an ornamental peasant specie

They are beautiful and very slow to mature. The males are EXQUISITELY STUNNING!!!!!!! My neighbor has a breeding pair that are just coming of breeding age. Living next door I got to watch them mature and change to their adult plumage and color, all I can say is WOW! I don't envy what she paid for them though.

Just looked up 'Impeyan' on Google. They are stunningly beautiful birds!
