what is better?

I'm just getting back into hatching and am having slight temp fluctuations with my 15 + year old little giant. I'm doing quail. If you had to choose would you run on the cooler or warmer side of things? Its bouncing between 99 and 102. I just installed a fan unit and have an egg turner running too. Or is this ok as is?

My eggs are not here yet.

Duh....I just re-read the last line....lol I would rather the 99 since 99.5 is the reccommended. I should not be on the computer early in the morning...lol

Thanks for the info. The only reason I can sort of communicate in the morning is the 3cups of dark magic coffee I've already hit.
