I don't know of "Creme Light Brown" or "Light Brown" but I do know that Brown Leghorns are simply a BBR / Gold Duckwing. I've honestly never heard of the others.
You'd need to pick up a copy of the Di,or Cb gene or a double dose of the ig gene
according the the Chicken calculator: http://kippenjungle.nl/kruising.html
Where you find carriers of those genes I don't know
dutch bantams and OEGB's that have some dutch in their background seem likely
I'm speaking from research not experience so take it for what it's worth

Walt,
The color is not currently in OEGB but it is available in Dutch bantams even in the US. It is fairly common now that several breeders of Light brown Dutch have quit culling them and started breeding for the color. It will also result in a creme color to the hen, so will produce a true breeding "golden" but based on the ABA or APA standard this would be wrong. My theory is simple the color was not made to show the Silver Duckwing hens anyway so leave the hens at home,
