What is doing this to my azaleas?

Something is turning the leaves on my azaleas light yellow with black spots on the underside of the leaves. What is doing this and how can I save my azaleas?

I will look it up.
Edited to add: After a quick google search it appears that azalea lace bugs are the problem. I read online to hose the plants off to disorient the bugs so that’s what I did.
