What is going on here???

I have a chicken that might have some issues with her "rear end". I am a rookie and this is definitely new to me. Sorry for the graffic pics.
What is this?

This chicken is one that is picked on by the rest of the flock. She has had a difficult time fitting in. Not sure if this helps.

She could have a slight vent prolapse, and may have been pecked by the others. Treat the pink area with honey or Preparation H ointment, and push it back inside. Separate her in a cage with the others so that she remains in the flock. I would put some probiotics in her water to help with her diarrhea, and keep the vent clean every day until it heals. Epsom salts warm soaks are great to use if she is inside and kept warm, and dried after each one.
