I found this poop in the pen coming from my chickens that are nearly two months old. It looks like there is blood in it and I’m concerned. I’ve read that chickens shed their intestinal linings sometimes, but I’m not sure that’s what this is. Everyone looks healthy and is eating. Has anyone else ever seen poop like this from their chickens?

It does look a little bloody. Where are you located? Can you get some amprollium or Corid where you live to treat for possible coccidiosis? In some countries, amprollium is called Coxoid or amprol, and in other countries sulfa antibiotics or toltrazuril are used to treat it. Sometimes you have to get those from a veterinarian. In the US, Corid liquid dosage is 2 tsp (10 ml) per gallon (4 liters) of water for 5-7 days. The powder dosage is 1.5 ml.

I just purchased some Corid today. Thank you so much for the reply.
