Sounds like she has a prolaspe, happens when the lay an egg that might be a little too large. you will need to clean her up real good and then put Preperation H or Honey or Sugar mixed with water to make a paste, on the prolaspe, wait a little then with a gloved hand with olive oil or pertroleum jelly, try to push the prolaspe back inside, it might not stay, you could have to do it numerous times. The Honey sugar and or prep H is suppose to help it shrink enough to get it back inside, It isn't something you want to leave out, if it dries out there isn't much hope. Put her in a quiet dark place by herself so the others don't peck it and just keep trying till it goes in and stays. You also don't want to feed her her laying feed right now because you don't want her to lay an egg any time soon.
