What is going on with Penguin's mouth?

Her breath smells about what I would imagine a ducks breath would smell like. She hasn't pooped since I brought her in, I just tried giving her some mealworms and she tried to take them but spit them out something is definitely wrong

Yes I didn't see anything in her mouth and it does feel pretty watery it looks a lot like that picture of that Swan

She successfully ate 1 pellet of mazuri after picking up like 4 others and dropping them. She could've been stung by a bee there are some in my yard

Oftentimes, after being stung, birds may produce mucous as an inflammatory reaction - if it were me, I may try to give her a little Benadryl, and see if that resolves the problem. If tomorrow, she's acting the same I would then go on to consider crop stasis which can also cause mucosal regurgitation.

Maybe her getting stung by a bee would explain why she puked in the first place?

Ok ill go get some benadryl. Hopefully pushing it down her mouth won't hurt too much. Would putting some of the poultry nutri drench that I got into the coop waterer be beneficial?

That would be fine, but also offer a clean dish of water as well since she may neglect the Nutri-dench treated water due to taste.

Okay thank you. I gave her the Benadryl hopefully her condition will be better by tomorrow. Poor little baby. I also sent a message to the Vet I took Pigeon to with the picture of it and some of her symptoms and I said I might have to make an appt for her if she doesn't seem better in the next day or so.

Hopefully, she's feeling better by tomorrow. If she's not, I think a vet visit might be best.
