This has been going on for two days now. Does anyone have any idea what this could be?? And yes she has had plenty of Niacin, Vitamins, and heat. 9 shipped Wednesday, one dead on arrival, two died Saturday and they all had arched backs like DVH but they died quick and didn’t spasm like this or eat or drink like this one....

Can you pick up some Vitamin E Capsules and some B complex Injectable?, to me, it looks like either neurological damage or Wry neck.
She's been getting B Complex from the get go since I was worried about shipping stress. She was completely normal Wednesday, Thursday and throughout the day Friday. Friday night is when she started getting "twitchy" and Saturday morning it was the sudden whipping of the head back into her back. By the afternoon she was completely normal and eating and drinking. Then yesterday woke up to the bad spasms, walking backwards suddenly, poor balance, and sudden arching of back. I was thinking neurological as well just wasn't sure how normal it is to just come and go as it has. At this point I'm going to have to cull her if it keeps up because I imagine if it is this torturous to watch it has to be awful for her. Sad thing is is that she is still trying so hard to eat and drink like she wants to fight it. 😢

Maybe, @DuckyDonna and @Miss Lydia might have an input. If you want you can try giving some of the E capsules and see if that improves her symptoms. She does look pretty bad. :(

What are you feeding them? Is there any chance they may have gotten into something rancid? Moldy feed, bedding? Have you been giving them treats? What have you been putting there water? How were they when they first arrived?

Dumor Starter with Brewer's Yeast added. Unless they were exposed at Metzer's or in transit they haven't been in contact with anything at my place except for each other. One was dead upon arrival and is the same breed so not sure if that could possibly have something to do with this. I have lost two Appleyards and this one is an Appleyard as well. I did lose a Saxony very suddenly Saturday but as of this morning the other five seem perfectly normal. The others that died didn't have crazy spasms like this for so long. It was more of a quick within an hour type deal. Bedding is cleaned out four times a day. No treats. They had Nutri Drench for first three days. All were active and eating and drinking on arrival.

I read someone else’s post and they had the the same problem. They asked if the water bowl was deep enough so they can clean their nostrils. I’m new to this website and don’t have much experience but I hope it gets better.
