What is going on?

Hi everyone i have no clue what to do! We were putting some mite dust on our chickens today and we saw this! What is going on? she looks great on top but when you look under there was this! We've had chickens forever and never seen this! Is she molting? Is it lice? A mite? A disease? Someone please help (i might just be freaking out, someone please tell me if i am)

A broody hen will pluck all the feathers out of their underside in preparation of sitting on eggs, so their skin makes contact with the eggs.

If it were mites or lice, the garden dust you're using needs to be repeated in 7-10 days, but I'll go with broody hen.
