Go to walmart or a pet store and buy the parakeet grit it comes in a small box, have a little dish so they can take what they want and its a smaller size

Pheeew!...ok i feel a little better now lol. My husband was doing research online about it and he found out that we can use sand with dirt i guess so thats where hes at now is getting some from outside, im still worried but not as much as i was before, thanks ya guys!
