Shes been doing this for about 10 days now, at first I thought she just wanted to vomit but she keeps doing it...I'll let the videos speak for them self. Some background info, its been pretty cold her lately, ice and snow on the ground so I don't think they got any worms for gapeworm but maybe I'm wrong.

I have never seen this before but just thinking that she might be egg bound in some way but she looks healthy and active. Maybe she is struggling to swallow food??

:frow . Sorry your bird is unwell but will try to help.
Need more specific background details such as what and how much she's eating, drinking and pooping.
Is she just stretchingneck up and gaping or head down , and is anything coming out?
Is her crop full before roost and empty in morning?
edited. pics came through after post.

My girl does that & suffers from crop issues. The vet thinks she’s trying to move stuff around, kind of like when a pregnant lady moves a baby sitting on her bladder! Have you checked her crop?

I'll have to check it tomorrow. I dont really keep an eye on them 24/7 so its kinda hard for me to tell if shes pooping or eating like she should. If her crop is full even in the morning should I massage it and try to almost force her to vomit?

I would massage but I don’t ever force my girl to vomit (mostly because I’m too scared to do so). If you can keep her separate from the rest of the flock and take away her food, or at the very least mix her pellets with water & offer as a wet mash, and maybe offer her ACV water until any blockage has cleared. Continue to massage throughout the day, as often as you’re able. This is all assuming her crop was full this morning, of course. If it is empty, hopefully the jerky movements have improved as well.

I felt her crop today and its pretty hard and full unlike the other chickens. It could be due to the fact that I leave food in their house so they have access to it even before I let them out but it seems like theres a lot in there (the crop). I tried massaging it but it was pretty hard like I said so Im not sure how much it really did..

when you massage the crop do you squeeze the lump gently a bit to break up the clump inside like one would break apart a hard chunk of packed soil?
Also has she got grit / small bits of rock to help her break down her food ?
