What is happening with her feet???

Hello everyone! This girl is called Heather, and she's an ex battery Isa brown hen. We've noticed her feet getting these odd crusty growths on them??? Their pen is dry and nobody else has any foot problems, even our other ex battery girls. Scaly leg mites are contagious and bumblefoot is from mud, so I'm at a bit of a loss?? We used to have a girl who, as she got much older (around 8 y/o we think), developed dry feet and we would have to catch her and smear vaseline on them to ease her poor feet. We checked her for scaly leg mites and other issues, but just dry feet. The growths on Heather aren't anything I've seen before, though. Anyone who can help??

Also to add: she has been eating and drinking as normal, and is walking fine even though her feet look sore. We wouldn't have noticed anything was even wrong if not for the way her feet look. Just to be safe I will purchase some vaseline and smear it on her feet today, as it can't hurt
