What is happening with my eggs?

Two issues here: We have eggs in the incubator, NR360. 10 from my roo/hens and 12 I purchased locally. Today is day 11.
#1- why are the egg shells from my roo/hen so splotchy when candled?

#2- why do mine appear so much further behind in growth than the purchased eggs? All were put in the incubator at the same time and all were fresh within 6/7 days. Mine are light colored (cream/light brown) but I can barely see any veins, if any at all. Some of their eggs have calcium deposits on them. All the shells are hard, never any soft/thin shells. They have grit and oyster shells. The Roo is a white leghorn mix, 2 hens are Jersey Giants and 2 are Golden laced wyandottes.
Tonight I candled them (pics are from tonight), and out of the 10 I put in the incubator, I have 3 left. The others were either not fertile or quit.

If the purchased eggs are doing fine, and your hens are not sick (respiratory viruses might cause sterile eggs) then it might be the rooster's fault.
My rooster for example regularly fails to fertilize the eggs of a couple of my hens, no matter how hard he tries. I already know that I don't have to incubate them because it's a waste of time. Your rooster might not be doing his job, especially if there is size difference between him and the hens.

No health issues with any of my chickens. Roo is taller but slimmer that the hens. We know he 'can" produce babies because we have 7 of his chicks in the brooder right now.
