I think he's gorgeous (there are 2 almost identical)
Any ideas on breed or is he "just a chicken" in mutt?

Looks like an EE to me, but could be a mix. @MysteryChicken

If he has a 5th toe, he may be a Salmon Faverolles. Chances are he’s a mix - but a very pretty one!

He's a Gamefowl of some sort. Or possibly a Game mix.

Oh, good point! My cousin had one and the coloring was similar, but I forgot about the beard.
