Not necessarily. Any high laying breed or cross would be prone to short lifespans. It doesn't mean they can't or won't live long, just more prone to reproductive issues. I don't know the exact statistics but I would imagine Production Reds and Cinnamon Queens would lay almost the same number of eggs since Cinnamon Queens are just Silver Laced Wyandotte and Production Red mixes. They have more black markings in the hackles and sometimes a rose comb. Here's a Cinnamon Queen for reference-very similar to your girl.
