its actually got longer legs then it looks and its parents had longer legs to I've had japs and i know its not a jap its something else

yeah ill get one he's old so he slunches over i think this might be his last year so he looks smaller and shorter the he actually is

Maybe a dutch bantam or OEGB mix? He is super cute. It looks like he's got a slight case of scaley leg mites though, might want to take care of that before it gets worse...
