What is in my chickens poop?

One of my chickens is not feeling well. She pooped this. Looks like poop with some meat/flesh/slime in it. She has just started laying eggs, 6 months old. What can it be? Is she sick?

Looks like intestinal lining and blood. Probably coccidiosis. You can get Corid at the feed store and mix 1.5 tsp per gallon of water. Treat 5-7 days and don't give any vitamins while you're doing it and no other water source. Someone else might have a different idea
