What is in this egg?

Cracked this egg this morning from my grand moms chickens. What is this in this egg? Is it a worm? My chickens eggs have never had this before.

They call that a meat spot nothing to worry about it happens sometimes. You don’t see that on store bought eggs because they will candle then pull from production eggs with any “normal” flaws.
I get that from time to time. Sometimes even a little redness from a broken blood vessel.
If it bothers you just pluck it out. Best wishes
