What is in your Emergency Kit for your feathered friends?

I just want to make sure I have the basic neccessities for when an emergency may occur... I have treated the basics so far which being a nurse has helped...

. Which antibiotic is the best, where to buy online ( Agway isn't always supplied)

Antibiotics vary according to what is wrong with the bird, but co-ops and many feed stores carry the common ones.
